Super simple, moist biscuits - makes 2 dozen. Ingredients:
3 c. self-rising flour |
1/4-1/2 c. sugar |
12 oz. beer |
1 stick butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar and beer. Spoon into greased muffin pan - about half-full. Melt one stick of butter, drizzle on top of biscuit dough in pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool a minute before removing from pan. |
