From Chile Pepper magazine. Good on steaks, ribs, pork roast and of course, beer can chicken. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon dried summer savory |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 tablespoon finely ground sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Sprinkle on whatever you want to grill and allow to dry marinate for 4 hours or overnight. 3. Store any unused rub in an airtight container. |
