Beer Bread is the name given to these muffins, easily made with Bisquick or similar baking mix. They are easy to mix for dinner any day of the week. You can mix them and bake right away. The yeast is in the beer. No waiting to bake. Our family thinks they are a real treat. Ingredients:
3 cups bisquick |
1/4 cup sugar |
12 ounces beer |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Stir altogether.
3. Put in greased muffin pan.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
