Just another beer bread recipe. This one done in a bread machine all the way. Ingredients:
1 cup beer |
2 teaspoons honey |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients as per manufacturer instructions. 2. (Typically liquids first then dry ones.). 3. Set for medium crust and 1.5 pound loaf. |
