This is an adopted recipe. I haven't made it yet but I have edited it based on the reviewers suggestions. Please let me know how it works out. Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
12 ounces beer |
Directions:
1. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan. 2. Combine flour with beer and sugar in large bowl. 3. Stir together until well mixed. 4. Spread batter in prepared pan. 5. Bake at 350f for 45 min or until browned and a wooden pick comes out clean. 6. Turn out on cooling rack. 7. Cool completely before slicing. |
