A lovely loaf!! Ingredients:
12 ounces beer, room temp |
3 1/4 cups flour |
3 teaspoons sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter to form a sticky dough. 2. Place in greased, covered bowl. 3. Let rise for 1 hour. 4. Pour into greased loaf pan. 5. Smooth the top. 6. Bake at 350* for 60 minutes. 7. Brush with the melted butter the last 10 minutes of baking. |
