Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 (12-ounce) can beer |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well. Spoon into a greased 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove to a wire rack, and cool completely. Bread may be sliced and toasted. |
