This is a quick easy bread to make, using only a little yeast, but adding a beer!! Ingredients:
480 g flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon yeast |
1 (12 ounce) beer |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour with the yeast, baking powder and salt. 2. make a well in the center and add the beer. 3. Knead. 4. form into small rolls. 5. bake in a moderate oven for 1/2 an hour. |
