Beer Batter Coconut Shrimp

Love it. Easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
6 ounces beer
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
8 ounces coconut, shredded
15 -20 large shrimp, peeled &,cleaned
canola oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together beer, eggs, milk and flour.
2. Dredge the shrimp through this batter, then dip it in a second time.
3. Roll in coconut.
4. Deep fry until golden brown.
