Crispy batter for anything you want to batter. Goes well with fish! Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1 cup beer |
1 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine water and larger. 2. add salt and mix briefly. 3. Add flour gradually until batter coats your finger without dripping off, but is still thin enough to see your finger through. |
