This is a great basting sauce for steak and ribs but an even better marinade for any sausage, I especially like it with bratwurst. Ingredients:
340 ml beer |
4 chopped spring onions |
50 ml cooking oil |
30 ml soy sauce |
15 ml brown sugar |
15 ml chopped gingerroot |
2 crushed garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix together till sugar is dissolved. 2. Baste meat while grilling or use as marinade. 3. For best flavour marinade overnight in fridge. 4. Prep time does not include the time it takes to marinade. |
