Beer and Honey Bread

This is a simple delicious healthy and quick bread.
Ingredients:
250 g whole wheat flour, sifted
50 g ground oatmeal
50 g whole wheat
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons raw sugar
1/2 cup unprocessed natural bran
1/4 cup honey
375 ml beer
sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. sPray loaf tin with olive oil spray.
3. Put all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
4. Make a well in centre and add honey and beer.
5. Stir well.
6. Put mixture in loaf tin.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
