These are very good. I got this recipe from a co-worker who brings these often to our potlucks. It's always a big hit. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon chopped chives |
1 garlic clove minced |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
18 large fresh mushrooms |
2/3 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Thoroughly mix meat, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl. 3. Remove stems from mushrooms then stuff caps with beef mixture. 4. Place stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and pour wine over top. 5. Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes then serve warm. |
