1 lb ground beef |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup carrot, sliced |
1 cup potato, chopped |
1 cup water |
1 (14 ounce) can baked beans |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. brown meat in nonstick skillet & drain. 2. add veggies & cook 5 minutes. 3. stir in water & reduce heat to med-low. 4. cover and simmer 10 minutes. 5. add beans, barbecue sauce and stir. 6. cook 5 minutes. 7. sprinkle with cheese. |
