This is a beef recipe you will want to make often Ingredients:
1 beef roast |
1 package dry onion soup mix |
1 can mushroom |
1/2 bag egg noodles |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, brown roast. 2. Salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add enough water to cover and let cook 20 to 30 minutes. 4. Add dry onion soup, Cover and let cook for 1 1/2 hours over medium heat. 5. Add water as necessary. 6. Add mushrooms with liquid, let cook 15 to 20 minutes longer. 7. Remove roast and use broth to cook noodles until they are almost done. 8. Cut roast into bite size pieces. 9. Mix roast and noodles together in a baking dish. 10. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. |
