Beefy Fajitas with a Twist |

Steak strips are sauteed with bell pepper and onion to roll up in tortillas with a saucy gravy. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 pound boneless beef top round steak, cut into strips |
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch strips |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 (10.25 ounce) can campbell's® beef gravy |
8 (8 inch) flour tortilla, warmed |
shredded cheddar cheese |
pace® chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often. 2. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp. 3. Add gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas. |
