Ingredients:
1 package(s) corn tortillas |
1 can(s) diced green chilies |
1 can(s) enchilada sauce |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
3 cup(s) mexican cheese blend |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix beef, 1/2 cup cheese and the green chilies together. Warm enchilada sauce in a skillet. Coat one tortilla with sauce, fill with meat mixture, roll up, and place in a greased casserole dish. Repeat with more tortillas until the meat mixture is used up. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 until bubbly. |
