Made in a Crock-pot, this dip is thick, meaty and cheesy. Can be served with chips or torn bread.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
1 cup salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Fry beef in skillet until no longer pink, breaking up ito small pieces.
2. Put into crock pot.
3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
