I found this recipe in the 2004 TOH's The Best of Country Cooking. It was submitted by Rose Purrington of Minnesota. I needed a calorie count for this. Feel free to add more cheese if desired. Submitted by me to ZAAR on July 16th 2206. Ingredients:

                                                1 lb ground beef |
3/4 cup chopped white onion |
1 (28 ounce) can baked beans (i like to use bushes original baked beans) |
                                                1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |

                    Directions:

                                1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 2. Return to skillet and add beans and sauce. 3. Stir occasionally until heated through. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts. |
