Quick and easy to put together. Ingredients:
1/2 lb stewing beef |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 envelope dry onion soup mix |
1 cup water |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen vegetables, partly thawed |
1/2 cup uncooked alphabet pasta |
Directions:
1. Combine beef, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, onion soup mix, and water in slow cooker. 2. Cover. 3. Cook on low 6-8 hours. 4. Turn to high. 5. Stir in vegetables and noodles. 6. If needed, add more water. 7. Cover. 8. Cook on high 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. |
