This is a good way to cook stroganoff. Put it in the pot and leave it.... This is creamy and good. Its a rich dish..Serve with a salad and french bread. Delicious!!!! Ingredients:
2 pounds gound beef |
3 slices diced bacon |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
2 tablespoon dry red wine |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
hot cooked noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and bacon in a skillet, drain 2. Combine beef, bacon, onion, flour, paprika, and salt in slow cooker 3. Stir in condensed soup and wine 4. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours. 5. Stir in sour cream 6. Serve over hot noodles 7. This serves 6 to 8 |
