Another one of my crock pot creations, this one we had last night. I woke up in the morning and popped all ingredients in the crock except beans including frozen beef and it turned out well.... BTW... this is all we had in the house, maybe some different veggies might be good too.
Ingredients:
300 g diced beef
3 small carrots, sliced
1 (250 g) jar salsa (you choose the hotness)
1/4 cup hot water
1 beef stock cube
1 cup frozen green beans
Directions:
1. Throw it all in the crock except the beans (my beef was frozen).
2. Cook on auto for 8 hours.
3. Add beans 20 minutes before serving.
4. Serve on rice.
