Beef with Onions in Oyster Sauce |

From Wok with Yan Ingredients:
200 g raw beef |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
1/2 tbsp red wine |
1/2 tbsp cornstarch |
2 slices ginger root |
1/2 medium onion |
2 tbsp oyster sauce |
1/2 tsp sugar |
1 green onion |
1 tbsp peanut oil |
1/8 tsp sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Marinate beef with light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, wine, and starch. 2. Stir fry ginger, onions; then add beef; prepare sauce and add. 3. When beef is done, add green onions and sauce mixture. |
