Sauted beef with traditional Kenyan spice rub Ingredients:
1.5lbs steak (flank or any flat beef) tenderized |
4 g. sesame seeds |
4 g. garlic powder |
4 g. dried basil (if you dont have this replace with fresh basil) |
4 g. cinnamon |
4 g. cloves |
4 g. caraway seeds |
4 g. coriander seeds |
Directions:
1. Cut steak into small tenderized squares 2. Combine all spices with a motar and pestol 3. toss meat in dry rub to coat 4. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat 5. Reserve at room temperature |
