Beef in tomato sauce with beans and spices. Ingredients:
350 gr beef cut in thin slices. |
1 ts chili flakes. |
1 ts cayenne pepper. |
300 gr tomato sauce |
100 gr fresh tomato sauce. |
1 medium onion chopped. |
3 cloves garlic chopped. |
3 ripe tomatoes chopped. |
4 tortillas. |
1 tbs coliander chopped ( parsley will do). |
juice of 1 lemon. |
200 gr guacamole sauce. |
2 tbs olive oil. |
2 tbs cream with 1 ts lemon juice. |
400 gr red beans ( can ). |
1 ts paprika. |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a big frying pan and stir fry the beef with the spices for 4 min. 2. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes and cook 6 min more. 3. Add beans and 300 gr tomato sauce and stir / cook 15 min more. 4. In another frying pan heat 1 tbs olive oil and put 1 tortilla in bake till browned on one side, sprinkle with a little paprika and turn on the othert side, bake tiil browned, repeat with other 3 tortillas. 5. Cut tortillas in triangles. 6. Add coliander and lemon juice to the meat bean mix and mix well. 7. Serve with fresh tomato sauce, cream, guacamole and the tortillas. |
