Goes well with white steamed rice Ingredients:
1/4 kg. beef tenderloin sliced (bite size) |
1/4 kg. fresh asparagus chopped to 3 inches |
3 tbsp oil |
1 tbsp minced ginger |
1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water |
3 tbsp oyster sauce |
sesame oil |
icy water |
Directions:
1. Boil water in a pot 2. add asparagus and bring to boil again 3. Drain immediately, put asparagus in icy water and set aside 4. Heat oil in a wok 5. Saute ginger and beef 6. Stir in asparagus, oyster sauce and cornstarch mix 7. add a little sesame oil for fragrance and bring to boil 8. serve immediately |
