1 lb lean beef |
1 cup tomatoes - canned, stewed |
2 cups cabbage - shredded |
1 cup carrots - diced |
1 cup celery - diced |
1 1/2 cups potatoes - diced |
1/2 cup onions - chopped |
8 oz tomato sauce |
1 tsp beef bouillon |
1 tsp chicken bouillon |
1 tsp garlic - minced |
4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add cubed meat, chopped onion and garlic to skillet. Lightly brown, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. 2. Transfer to large saucepan. 3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for an hour, adding extra water if necessary. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. |
