A healthy filling meal. I make it when I have to work late and am not home to cook. My wife can just heat and Serve! The kids like it with cheese on top and baked scoops Ingredients:
1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix |
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix |
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans |
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans |
Directions:
1. brown turkey and onions in a large saucepan or pot drain if necessary. 2. stir in ranch and taco seasoning coating the turkey. 3. add corn, tomatoes chili and pinto beans. 4. cover and simmer 1 hours. |
