If you like it spicer, add 1 or 2 finely chopped chipotle peppers. Ingredients:
1 tbs. olive oil |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 pound ground beef, sirloin |
8 oz. chicken broth, low sodium |
6 tsp. oregano, 2 tbs |
2 tbs. cumin, ground |
2 tbs. chili powder |
2 tbs. paprika |
2 tbs. garlic powder |
1 tbs. salt |
2 tbs. pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add in beef and saute until cooked through. 3. Add in broth and spices and bring to a simmer. Once at a simmer, bring down to medium low heat and cook until broth is cooked down into meat. 4. Enjoy! |
