This is fast and simple to prepare. I found this recipe in a Campbellās cook book but i have modified it to fit my tastes better. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's condensed tomato soup |
1 cup salsa |
1/2 cup milk |
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, cut in to 1 inch pieces |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until brown. Then pour off fat. 2. Add soup, salsa, milk and tortillas and half of the cheese in to a 2-quart shallow baking dish and cover (I suggest tinfoil for the cover). 3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve. |
