Beef Supper in a Flash

Serve with seasonal vegetables and garlic bread.
Ingredients:
8 ounces lean sirloin steaks, cut into 10cm/4inch strips
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 ounce flour, mixed with
1 teaspoon paprika
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 red onion, peeled and sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
6 ounces new potatoes, cooked and halved
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cups beef stock, hot
4 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon chives
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
2. Meanwhile, place the flour in a large bowl or plastic bag and mix together with the paprika and seasoning.
3. Toss the beef strips in the flour.
4. Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the onion, garlic and potatoes and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the Worcestershire sauce, seasoning (if required), stock and cherry tomatoes and heat for 1-2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle over the parsley or chives.
8. Serve.
