Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread |
1 lb ground chuck |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon milk |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. 2. Wrap in foil and heat at 375 for 10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, brown meat and onion. 4. Drain. 5. Stir in sour cream, milk and spices. 6. Heat, but do not boil. 7. Spread on bread halves. 8. Top with cheese. 9. Place on baking sheet. 10. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. |
