A delicious recipe that is very easy to make! You may use steak, ground beef, ground turkey or venison. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 lb lean steak, cut in thin strips or 1 lb hamburger |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1/2 cup canned mushroom |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup water |
1 cup sour cream |
parsley (to garnish) |
paprika (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and butter in skillet. 2. Add and saute beef until cooked through. 3. Add flour, spices, and mushrooms. 4. Simmer for 5 min. 5. Add soup and water. 6. Simmer for 10 min. 7. REMOVE FROM HEAT and stir in sour cream. 8. Add parsley and extra paprika for garnish. 9. Serve over noodles, pasta, rice or serve as a main dish by itself. 10. Easy and fast! |
