1-lg whole(s) onions diced |
1 tablespoon(s) garlic minced |
salt |
pepper |
2 package(s) lipton onion soup mix |
2-lg can(s) mushrooms sliced |
2-26 oz can(s) cream of muchroom soup |
2 pint(s) sour cream |
24 cup(s) minute rice * cooked |
Directions:
1. Meat Sauce 2. In a saute pan, add ground chuck, diced onions & minced garlic 3. Add salt & pepper to taste 4. Cook until meat is brown & onions & garlic are soft 5. Add Lipton Onion Soup mix & mix thoroughly 6. Add mushrooms, cream of mushrooms soup & sour cream 7. Mix thoroughly 8. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally 9. *You can substitute egg noodles for Minute Rice |
