Creamy beef and pasta dish. Ingredients:
1 lb round steak |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup water |
2 cups cooked egg noodles |
2 tblsp margarine |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cut steak into thin strips 2. Brown steak and onion in butter 3. Stir in soup, water and sour cream 4. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 mins (or until tender) 5. Stir often 6. Serve over cooked noodles |
