This was my mom's recipe, Sans mushrooms because I am allergic Ingredients:
1 lb stewing beef |
1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 1/2 cups beef gravy |
1 (14 ounce) can french onion soup |
2 1/2 cups egg noodles |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. brown beef and then add everything but noodles and sour cream simmer for 1 hour then add sour cream. 2. Serve over hot egg noodles. |
