This is for Sarah's grandchildren. Ingredients:
2 lbs round steaks, cut in 1 inch cubes |
1 onion, diced |
garlic powder (sprinkle) |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 container sour cream |
1/2 cup diced celery |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, with juice |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in fat. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. 4. Serve over mashed potatoes. 5. Can use electric skillet. |
