Favorite of my family Ingredients:
1 lb steak, cut into 1/4 inch slices |
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon parsley |
salt |
pepper |
1/4 cup wine |
1 (12 ounce) can roasted garlic mushroom soup |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in 1 tablespoon oil till soft. 2. Add additional oil and cook steak till brown. 3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. 4. Add wine, soup, salt & pepper; stir well. 5. Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add paprika & parsley. 6. Add mushrooms to steak; simmer 10 minutes. 7. Add sour cream to steak. Heat over low just until warm. 8. Cook noodles. 9. Serve over noodles. |
