My sister made this on Friday night for Mum's birthday. It was delicious! Ingredients:
500 g beef, cut into strips |
500 g mushrooms, sliced |
1 onion, halved and sliced |
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan. Add beef, and stir until browned. 2. Add onion, and stir through. Cook until onions are softened. 3. Add mushrooms, and stir through. Cook until mushrooms are cooked through. 4. Add cream, stir through, and serve over rice. |
