Been in my family since I was a little girl. Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat |
1 tablespoon shortening |
1/2 onion, sliced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
pasta egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown beef stew meat in shortening. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is tender. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles. |
