Not really traditional, but what I grew up on. Ingredients:
1/2 lb egg noodles |
1/4 cup butter |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms |
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. 2. Brown ground beef and drain. 3. Melt butter and saute onion until tender. 4. Add ground beef and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. 5. Add soup and simmer another 10 minutes. 6. Add sour cream and parsley. Heat through. 7. Add cooked noodles and serve. |
