It is easy to fix and is the best tasting stroganoff i've ever tasted. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef (round steak, cut up) |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 medium fine chopped onion |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 can mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Flour beef and brown in small amount of fat. 2. Mix all other ingriedients. 3. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. Then 400 degrees for 1 hour. 5. Serve over noodles or rice. |
