This is my favorite recipe Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin steak, partly frozen |
18 ounces sour cream |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 cups mushrooms |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. slice steak into strips 2. Fry in frying pan with butter, garlic, onion and mushroom 3. in a small mixing bowl stir sour cream and flour as well as the water boullon and pepper. |
