Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef or sliced beef sirloin steak |
2 cup(s) sour cream |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 cup(s) water |
2 instant beef bouillon cubes |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
4 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine |
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh mushrooms sliced (or 2 cans) |
1/2 large onion chopped |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
4 cup(s) hot cooked noodles |
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and flour in a small bowl. Stir in water, bouillon and pepper; set aside. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook and stir until meat is cooked through and onion is tender. 3. Reduce heat to medium; add sour cream mixture; cook until bubbly, stirring constantly for about 1 minute. Spoon over hot noodles. |
