Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef or sliced beef sirloin steak
2 cup(s) sour cream
3 tablespoon(s) flour
1 cup(s) water
2 instant beef bouillon cubes
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
4 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh mushrooms sliced (or 2 cans)
1/2 large onion chopped
1 clove(s) garlic minced
4 cup(s) hot cooked noodles
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and flour in a small bowl. Stir in water, bouillon and pepper; set aside.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook and stir until meat is cooked through and onion is tender.
3. Reduce heat to medium; add sour cream mixture; cook until bubbly, stirring constantly for about 1 minute. Spoon over hot noodles.
