A good friend of mine gave me this Ingredients:
1 lb round steak, cubed (or ground beef) |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup beef broth |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream (add just before serving) |
1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms |
choice rice or noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in oil, add garlic and onion. 2. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and soup to simmer. 3. Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender. 4. Add sour cream and mushrooms just before serving. 5. Serve over rice or noodles. |
