can use left over roast beef for a short cut
Ingredients:
6 ounces beef cut in thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
16 ounces chinese vegetables
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. using frying pan saute beef in olive oil with garlic and ginger
2. add vegetables and saute 10 minutes
3. add teriyaki sauce and cook 5 minutes more
4. serve over rice
