can use left over roast beef for a short cut Ingredients:
6 ounces beef cut in thin strips |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
16 ounces chinese vegetables |
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. using frying pan saute beef in olive oil with garlic and ginger 2. add vegetables and saute 10 minutes 3. add teriyaki sauce and cook 5 minutes more 4. serve over rice |
