This stew is great for a cold winter night. Ingredients:
2-3 cloves minced garlic |
2# beef cubed |
1/2 onion chopped |
2 carrots diced |
2 potatoes diced |
3 celery sticks diced |
1 cup peas |
2 tbs olive oil |
2 tbs worchester sauce |
2 tbs corn starch |
2-3 cups beef broth |
1 cube beef bullion |
1 cup swiss cheese shredded |
salt &n pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat Pot with Olive Oil and Garilc 2. Add Beef Cubes, Season with salt &n Pepper and brown over Medim High heat 3. Add Worchester Sauce and Bullion 4. Add Onions,Carrots, Potatoes, Celery, Peas Cook till almost tender 5. Stir in Corn Starch 6. Add Beef Broth and Boil 7. Reduce heat and Simmer about 1 hr. 8. Stir in Swiss Cheese and serve wit;h rice |
