Beef Stew With Shitake Mushrooms

This will cook itself and is a hearty satisfying and comforting dinner after a long day during the cold winter. Add some crusty bread or rolls to make it perfect.
Ingredients:
12 new potaotes (1 1/2 lbs) cut into fourths
1 medium onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)
1 8 ounce bag of baby carrots
1 package fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced (button may be used)
1 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomoatoes, undrained
1 10 ounce can condensed beef broth
1/2 cup flour
1 tbl worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except beef
2. Place in in a 3 1/2 to 4 qt crock pot.
3. Add beef
4. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetable are tender
5. Stir well before serving
