Beef Stew With Orange Fall Vegetables |

I haven't made this yet. It's on my To do list. It seems easy enough and there's really nothing in it to feel guilty about! Ingredients:
1 lbs beef stew meat |
3 cups butternut squash cut into chunks |
1 1/2 cup of baby carrots |
1 large sweet potato cut into chunks |
1 small sweet onion cut into large chunks |
1 (10 oz) can 98% fat few cream of mushroom soup |
1 can beef broth (about 14 oz) |
dash of pepper |
6 oz whole wheat small pasta or barley |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients, except the pasta, in a crock-pot with 1 can (the mushroom soup size) of water. Cook on low for about 7-8 hours. 2. About 1/2 hour before you want t serve add the uncooked pasta. |
