Beef Stew With Mango Chutney |

This stew is good served over rice, with a side salad. Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 onion |
1 cup beef broth |
1 green pepper, diced |
2 tablespoons mango chutney |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown Beef in butter. Add onions, beef broth, and green pepper. Cover and Bake 1 1/2 hours. Add mango chutney and whipping cream. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water, add to thicken. Add salt and pepper. 2. Serve over rice. |
